Jovra and your account
Jovra is a social gaming service operated by Ahmedbahathiq as an individual in Saudi Arabia. These terms govern the website, app, accounts, lobbies, messages and digital products. Provide accurate information, protect sign-in credentials, and do not impersonate others or bypass age restrictions or bans. Features vary by country, age, device and service availability.
License and intellectual property
Software, branding and artwork remain the property of their rights holders. You receive limited, personal, non-transferable use subject to these terms and the device store rules; unauthorized account sales or copying/exploitation are prohibited. You retain rights to your content and grant Jovra limited permission to process/display it for service delivery and moderation. Apple's standard license applies to the App Store app, without limiting mandatory rights.
Coins and items
Jovra coins and digital items are for in-service use, not money, investments or cash-withdrawable balances. Quantity, price and payment-store currency appear before confirmation. Consumables are used up; temporary items show their duration and conditions. Permanent items remain as described unless their transaction is refunded or a lawful action applies. Users must not alter balances or exploit granting errors.
Memberships, upgrades and renewal
Ranks are Plus, Pro, Elite and Legend. The store shows duration, price and benefits before purchase; the product description at purchase governs, not unlisted benefits. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is cancelled through Apple or Google under that store's timing and terms. Availability and prices vary by country.
Upgrades, downgrades, replacements, billing adjustments and effective dates follow the payment store and subscription group. Following store confirmation, the rank and eligible benefits are updated without duplicating prior grants. Two simultaneous ranks in the same group are not assumed. Cancelling renewal differs from a refund; benefits last through confirmed entitlement, with permanent gifts retained on ordinary expiry when their description says so.
Seasons, rewards and ads
The season screen shows dates, levels, free/premium tracks and reward conditions. Time-limited activities end on their stated dates; achievements are not money. Google AdMob rewarded ads are optional; rewards require confirmation of an eligible event under the displayed conditions, not merely tapping or requesting an ad. Contact support for a missing confirmed reward.
Payment and refunds
Cash purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play where purchasing is available. Using purchases on the website does not change the original payment provider; spending coins inside Jovra is not a new bank payment. Request Apple refunds through Report a Problem and Google Play refunds through its official process or our assistance when referred to us. The store determines eligibility under its rules and mandatory rights; we cannot guarantee the outcome or refund date.
Restore purchases rechecks eligible entitlements; it does not refund money or grant spent coins again. Cancelling renewal stops later renewals under store rules, not automatically the current period's payment. For a missing purchase, send your Jovra tag and order ID to support without card details; do not repurchase solely because synchronization is delayed.
Effect of a refund on benefits
After a confirmed refund or revocation, only attributable benefits may be adjusted, proportionately to a full or partial refund: rank, period, coins or gifts with proven provenance. Independent purchases/rewards are not removed, and a pending refund request alone triggers no removal. If coins bought other items, the attributable portion may be reversed when safely traceable and recoverable; mixed sources or consumed benefits require review rather than attributing everything to the refunded payment.
This clause does not authorize extra cash charges, automatic debt or penalties, or duplicate adjustments. Contact support to appeal; verified errors are corrected. Usage does not waive mandatory rights or allow us to override an Apple/Google approved refund. A legitimate refund request is not grounds for a ban, and a legally required refund is not conditional on recovering a consumed item.
Safety, interruptions and responsibility
Cheating, harassment, fraud and rights violations are prohibited; community rules and proportionate, appealable actions apply. Maintenance or security work can interrupt service, and no game or season is guaranteed forever. These terms exclude neither non-excludable liability nor mandatory rights for non-delivery, defects or misdescription.
Complaints, changes and law
Contact support to address a complaint. Saudi Arabian law applies to the extent applicable, without removing mandatory consumer/data protections or jurisdiction rights in your country. Disputes go to the legally competent authority; these terms impose no mandatory arbitration. Material changes are notified and consent obtained where required; prior purchase rights are not removed retroactively.
