Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual exploitation, targeting minors, exposing others' personal data and illegal or rights-infringing content are prohibited. Fraud, impersonation, spam, cheating, bots, bug exploitation and manipulating results, coins or subscriptions are also prohibited. Do not use names or messages to evade safety rules.
Reporting and blocking
Use reporting/blocking controls on profiles or messages where shown, or contact jovraplatform@gmail.com with the account tag and incident reference. Send only necessary information; do not expose others' data. Do not attach or redistribute child exploitation material; report its location safely. Contact emergency authorities for immediate danger; Jovra is not an emergency service.
Actions and appeals
Reports are reviewed by severity; limited evidence may be retained to resolve them. Proportionate action can include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions or temporary/permanent suspension. Contact support with the decision reference and reasons to ask or appeal; appeals are assessed against facts and applicable rights.
